Give your Discord bot a home.

You wrote the bot. We give it a slot on our rack: it installs, starts, restarts itself when it crashes, and shows you every line it logs. No server to rent, no SSH, no pm2.

Free slot: 1 bot · 128 MB RAM · 512 MB disk · no card

Why Botsquad

You could rent a server and do all this yourself.

Plenty of people do. Here is what that looks like, next to what you do here.

Keep it running
npm i -g pm2 pm2 start index.js --name bot pm2 startup # and pray after reboots
Press Start. If your bot crashes it comes back on its own, and if it keeps crashing we stop it and tell you why.
Ship an update
ssh you@your-vps cd bot && git pull && npm ci pm2 restart bot
Upload a zip or deploy from Git. Dependencies install for you, and a running bot restarts onto the new code.
Undo a bad update
git log --oneline git checkout 7c03b1d -- . # did that fix it? ssh back in and check
Every deploy is kept as a version. Pick one of the last five and press Restore.
Read the logs
ssh you@your-vps pm2 logs bot --lines 200
Open the console in your browser and watch it live. You can type into your bot from there, too.
Hide the token
echo "DISCORD_TOKEN=MTA4…" >> .env # plain text, on disk, forever
Encrypted when stored, never shown back to you, and blanked out if your bot ever prints it.
Keep it contained
# one bad npm package can read # everything else on the server
Every bot runs in its own locked-down container. It can reach Discord, not your neighbours.
The console

Everything your bot says, as it says it.

  1. 1

    Live, line by line

Deploys, installs, starts and crashes all show up the second they happen. No refreshing.

  2. 2

    Your token, blanked out

If your code prints a secret, the console shows [redacted]. Screenshots stay safe to share.

  3. 3

    Talk back

Type into your bot's input straight from the browser, for debug commands or a quick test.

Templates

No code yet? Start from a bot that already works.

Pick one when you create a bot. It deploys in a minute, and every line is yours to change in the file manager.

The sandbox

Every bot gets its own room. With rules.

Your bot shares a server with other people's bots, so each one is boxed in. Not by trust, by the system itself.

House rules

enforced by the server, not by honour
  1. Your bot runs in its own container. Nobody else's code runs beside it.
  2. System files are read-only, and nothing runs as root.
  3. Discord and the public internet: yes. This server and private networks: no.
  4. Hard limits on memory, CPU and processes, so one runaway bot can't sink the rest.
  5. Bots can't see or reach each other.

FAQ

Fair questions.

Do I need to know how to code?
No, not to start. Pick a template (moderation, tickets, levels, giveaways, an AI chat bot and more) and it works out of the box. When you want changes, the code is right there to edit in the browser.
What can my bot be written in?
Node.js 22, so discord.js and most JavaScript or TypeScript bots. Python isn't supported yet.
How does my code get here?
Upload a zip, paste a public Git link, or start from a template. We install what's in your package.json on every deploy.
What if my bot crashes at 3 a.m.?
It restarts on its own, waiting a bit longer after each crash. If it keeps failing we stop it so it doesn't loop forever, and we can ping your Discord channel through a webhook.
What do I need for a free account?
A Discord account at least 30 days old with a verified email. We limit repeat sign-ups by email, browser and network to reduce free-tier abuse. One free account per person.
What's not allowed?
Anything that isn't a Discord bot: mining, proxies, scrapers, self-bots. The full list is in the terms.
